The invention relates to the technical field of automobile suspension assemblies, and discloses an inertia buffering mechanism for a non-independent suspension. The mechanism comprises a supporting axle, supporting suspensions are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the top end of the supporting axle through damping systems, and a group of first lug bases are arranged at the two ends of one side of each supporting suspension respectively. The two sides of the bottom end of a buffering suspension are each provided with a set of second lug bases corresponding to the two sets of first lug bases in position. According to the inertia buffering mechanism for the non-independent suspension, a second linkage supporting rod and a structure on the second linkage supporting rod are arranged, a buffering spring can be further utilized to consume transverse inertia impact borne by the non-independent suspension during braking, meanwhile, the buffering spring is utilized to influence the elastic force of the buffering spring, and therefore the buffering effect of the non-independent suspension is improved. The buffering suspension and the carriage structure on the buffering suspension can be kept at the initial position in the no-load state, and the phenomenon that the carriage structure violently shakes in the running process due to the uneven ground is avoided.

    本发明涉及汽车悬架总成技术领域,且公开了一种用于非独立悬挂上的惯性缓冲机构,包括支撑车桥,所述支撑车桥顶端的两侧通过减震系统固定安装有支撑悬架,所述支撑悬架一侧的两端分别设有一组第一耳座,所述缓冲悬架底端的两侧分别设有一组与两组第一耳座位置相互对应的第二耳座。该用于非独立悬挂上的惯性缓冲机构,对于第二联动支杆及其上结构的设置,可以进一步地利用缓冲弹簧来消耗该非独立悬架在制动时所受到的“横向”惯性冲击,同时,利用缓冲弹簧自身的弹力影响,以确保缓冲悬架及其上的车厢结构在空载的状态下可以保持在初始的位置上,不会因地面的不平整而造成该车厢结构在行驶的过程中产生剧烈晃动的现象。
