According to the invention, the traffic rule of the intersection is defined, the traffic vehicle information of the intersection is obtained in real time, the conflict area of the intersection is determined by using the real-time vehicle state information, and the dynamic safe distance and the traffic risk degree of the vehicle are calculated; and then controlling to send vehicle passing timing and passing instructions. Therefore, the traffic safety of the whole unmanned motorcade is fully guaranteed, and the overall transportation efficiency and traffic safety are improved.
