The invention provides a control method, a device and a system for safe exit of a train from a garage. The control method specifically comprises the steps of outputting an alarm signal according to the running state of the train and/or outputting a traction blocking signal to a traction system of the train in response to the situation that the train runs to a section conversion area and is in a warehouse-out working condition. The invention further provides a control device and system for implementing the control method. According to the method, the device and the system for controlling the safe exit of the train, provided by the invention, the problem that the pantograph is damaged due to the fact that a driver operates the train under the condition that the pantograph is not completely landed when the train is subjected to bow shoe conversion during exit of the train can be avoided, the reliability of train operation is improved, and the economic loss caused by the damage of the pantograph is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种列车安全出库的控制方法、装置及系统。上述控制方法具体包括:响应于上述列车运行至区段转换区域且上述列车处于出库工况,根据上述列车的运行状态输出报警信号,和/或输出牵引封锁信号至上述列车的牵引系统。本发明还提供了实现上述控制方法的控制装置及系统。根据本发明所提供的列车安全出库的控制方法、装置及系统,能够避免列车在出库进行弓靴转换时,司机在受电弓未完全降落的情况下进行动车操作,从而导致受电弓损坏的问题,提升了列车运营的可靠性,并且规避了由于受电弓损坏而造成的经济损失。
