The invention discloses an emergency steering system based on millimeter wave radar. The millimeter wave radar is arranged around a vehicle body, detects and obtains vehicle condition information around the vehicle body, and sends the vehicle condition information to the vehicle system master controller through a vehicle body CAN network. The vehicle system master controller receives the vehicle condition information of the millimeter wave radar through a CAN network, collects vehicle information of the vehicle system master controller, judges whether emergency steering is carried out or not according to the vehicle condition information and the vehicle information, carries out processing to obtain a safe steering obstacle avoidance path, generates a steering control signal according to conversion of the steering obstacle avoidance path and sends the steering control signal to the steering control module; the steering control module controls a steering wheel to steer emergently according to the steering control signal. The problem that collision cannot be completely avoided due to the fact that a forward anti-collision system which mostly adopts a longitudinal braking intervention mode to achieve collision avoidance at present is too long in braking distance in specific scenes such as too high relative speed, poor road adhesion conditions and low obstacle overlapping rate is solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于毫米波雷达的紧急转向系统。毫米波雷达布置在车身周围,探测获得车身周围的车况信息,并经车身CAN网络发送到车辆系统主控;车辆系统主控通过CAN网络接收毫米波雷达的车况信息,并采集自身的车辆信息,结合车况信息和车辆信息判断出是否紧急转向,并处理获得一条安全的转向避障路径,根据转向避障路径转换产生转向控制信号并发送到转向控制模块;转向控制模块根据转向控制信号控制方向盘进行紧急转向。本发明解决了目前多采用纵向制动介入方式实现避撞的前向防碰撞系统在相对速度过高、路面附着条件差、与障碍物重叠率低等特定场景下存在制动距离过长而造成无法完全避撞的问题。
