The invention relates to a wiring method for the mobile suspension of a planet vehicle; the method comprises the following steps that: cables are connected in a rocker arm structure of a planetary vehicle mobile suspension except movable parts to prevent the cables from being exposed, and improve the protection capability of the cables under severe terrains; a secondary insulation measure is adopted for the cable and a structural member, and a loose fixing measure is adopted at a relative movement position and in the rocker arm structure, so that the rocker arm structure is prevented from being knocked by vibration of the cable, and thermal deformation can be adapted. The two ends of the relative movement position are fixed, the cable is controlled to contract in the rotating process, mechanism movement is not affected, and the cable does not interfere with mechanisms such as wheels.

    一种星球车移动悬架布线方法,该方法是:除活动部位外,电缆均在星球车移动悬架的摇臂结构内部走线,防止电缆裸露,增加电缆恶劣地形下的防护能力;电缆与结构件采取了二次绝缘措施,并且在相对运动处和摇臂结构内部采取松散固定措施,即防止电缆振动敲击摇臂结构,又能适应热变形。相对运动处两端固定,转动过程电缆受控收缩,不影响机构运动,电缆也不会与车轮等机构干涉。
