The invention discloses a lithium iron phosphate battery pack control system and method for an electric motorcycle, and the system comprises a power supply module which is used for achieving the storage and power supply of electric quantity; and a management module which is used for realizing battery information acquisition and battery safety compensation and is connected with the power supply module. The method comprises the steps that the power supply module stores and provides electric quantity; an acquisition module realizes data acquisition by accessing the main control board; the control module receives the collected data and correspondingly controls the safety compensation module; and the control module gathers collected data and control data and uploads the collected data and the control data to a monitoring management cloud platform. A support in the power supply module supports the single battery cells to be arranged in a staggered and tight mode, the space utilization rate of the lithium battery is improved, meanwhile, good heat dissipation is kept, the state of the lithium iron phosphate battery pack is monitored in real time through the control module, timely compensation is achieved, safe temperature control over the lithium iron phosphate battery pack is achieved, and meanwhile the lithium battery is managed through 485 communication. And intelligent charging and discharging control is realized.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动摩托的磷酸铁锂电池组控制系统及方法,包括供电模块,所述供电模块用于实现电量的存储和供电;管理模块,所述管理模块用于实现电池信息采集和电池安全补偿,与供电模块相连。方法包括:供电模块实现电量的存储和提供;采集模块实现通过访问主控板实现数据采集;控制模块接收采集数据并对安全补偿模块进行相应控制;控制模块汇总采集数据及控制数据上传至监控管理云平台。通过供电模块内部支架支撑电芯单体交错紧密排列,提高锂电池空间利用率的同时,保持良好的散热,通过控制模块实时监控磷酸铁锂电池组的状态并实现及时补偿实现对磷酸铁锂电池组的安全温控,同时通过485通讯对锂电池进行管理,实现智能充放电控制。
