The invention relates to a lithium iron phosphate battery management system applied to an electric motorcycle, which comprises 15-24 strings of lithium iron phosphate battery packs, an MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit) circuit and a PACK terminal, the 15-24 strings of lithium iron phosphate battery packs are electrically connected with the MCU circuit through a battery voltage, current, equalization and temperature monitoring circuit, an overcharge secondary protection circuit, an MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) or relay control circuit, a system power supply circuit, a fuse circuit and a shunt or a Hall current sensor; the overcharge secondary protection circuit is connected with the MCU circuit through the fuse circuit and the MOSFET or relay control circuit. The battery voltage, current, equalization and temperature monitoring circuit is connected with the MCU circuit through an MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) or a relay control circuit; external activation signals are adopted, and the MCU circuit controls the circuit in a closed-loop mode; the MCU circuit and the battery voltage, current, equalization and temperature monitoring circuit control the MOSFET or the relay control circuit at the same time. According to the invention, multiple safety protection of the battery pack is realized, and the system design is modularized.

    本发明涉及一种应用于电摩的磷酸铁锂电池管理系统,包括15~24串磷酸铁锂电池组、MCU电路、PACK端子,MCU电路通过接口电路与外部设备连接,所述的15~24串磷酸铁锂电池组经电池电压、电流、均衡、温度监控电路、过充二次保护电路、MOSFET或继电器控制电路、系统电源电路、保险丝电路、分流器或霍尔电流传感器与MCU电路电连接,所述的过充二次保护电路分别经保险丝电路、MOSFET或继电器控制电路与MCU电路连接;所述的电池电压、电流、均衡、温度监控电路经MOSFET或继电器控制电路与MCU电路连接;采用外部激活信号,MCU电路闭环控制电路;所述MCU电路和电池电压、电流、均衡、温度监控电路同时实现对MOSFET或继电器控制电路的控制。本发明实现了电池组的多重安全防护,系统设计模块化。
