The invention discloses a mechanical reusable magnetic chuck, which comprises a U-shaped magnet, a first soft magnetic material block and a second soft magnetic material block, wherein the first soft magnetic material block and the second soft magnetic material block are located directly below an N pole and an S pole of the U-shaped magnet respectively, the first soft magnetic material block and the second soft magnetic material block are transversely arranged in parallel, and a gap is formed between the first soft magnetic material block and the second soft magnetic material block; and a magnetic separator is arranged between the U-shaped magnet and the first soft magnetic material block and the second soft magnetic material block, and the magnetic separator moves up and down in the gap between the first soft magnetic material block and the second soft magnetic material block. The U-shaped magnet provides magnetic force for the soft magnetic material blocks, and existence/strength of the magnetic force of the soft magnetic material blocks can be achieved by changing the position of the magnetic separator. The suction force is reliable, the position can be quickly changed without depending on electric power, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, and the suction force is adjustable.
