The present invention relates to a high-performance electronic chuck for mounting on a heavy vehicle. The high-performance electronic chuck comprises: a chuck body (20) having a bracket (10) connected to the boom of a heavy vehicle; a core (30) installed in the center of an inner side of the chuck body (20); a coil unit (40) installed to be wound around the core (30); and a bottom plate (50) welded to the bottom of the chuck body (20) so that the coil unit (40) is embedded therein. The chuck body (20) is formed by cutting a steel plate with a planar figure (20') having an upper surface (25') of a square shape and first, second, third, and fourth side surfaces (21', 22', 23', 24') extending from the four surfaces of the upper surface (25'). By bending the first, second, third and fourth side surfaces (21', 22', 23', 24') from the upper surface (25') in a right-angle direction, an upper surface (25) and first, second, third, and fourth side plates (21, 22, 23, 24) that are three-dimensionally connected to the upper surface (24) are formed. By welding the first, second, third, and fourth side plates (21, 22, 23, 24) that are in close contact with each other, the electronic chuck is manufactured. Therefore, the electronic chuck can constant magnetic force over time.

    본 발명은 중장비 차량의 붐에 연결되는 브라켓(10)이 설치된 척몸체(20)와, 척몸체(20) 내측 중앙에 설치되는 코어(30)와, 코어(30)에 권회되게 설치되는 코일유니트(40)와, 코일유니트(40)가 내장되도록 척몸체(20) 바닥에 용접되는 바닥판(50)을 포함하는 중장비 차량 탑재용 고성능 전자척에 관한 것으로서, 척몸체(20)는, 철판을 사각 형태의 상부면(25') 및 그 상부면(25')의 4 면에서 연장되는 제1,2,3,4측부면(21')(22')(23')(24')을 가지는 전개도(20')로 재단하고; 상부면(25')에서 제1,2,3,4측부면(21')(22')(23')(24')을 직각 방향으로 절곡함으로서 상부판(25) 및 상기 상부판(24)에서 입체적으로 연결되는 제1,2,3,4측판(21)(22)(23)(24)을 형성하고; 상호 밀착되는 제1,2,3,4측판(21)(22)(23)(24)을 용접함으로써 제조되는 것;을 특징으로 한다.
