The invention discloses a remote control braking system for an electric instructional vehicle. The remote control braking system comprises a wireless remote controller, a radio receiving module, a whole vehicle controller and a motor. The wireless remote controller sends a braking execution instruction to the radio receiving module through radio waves; when the radio receiving module receives the braking instruction, a relay on the radio receiving module is automatically controlled to be closed; when the relay is closed, 12V voltage is output; and when the relay is disconnected, an open circuit is formed; and the whole vehicle controller receives the 12V voltage information output by the relay through the I/O port, sends an instruction to the motor when detecting the 12V voltage, and controls the vehicle to brake through the braking force of the motor. Vehicle braking is achieved through remote control, and the device is particularly suitable for being used in field teaching of the second subject of an automatic transmission electric instructional vehicle. The system realizes that a coach remotely controls and intervenes improper operation of a student, greatly reduces high labor intensity of the coach, overcomes the working environment of intense sunstroke and solarization, and is economical and convenient.

    本发明公开一种电动教练车遥控制动的系统,包括:无线遥控器,无线电接收模块,整车控制器,电机;无线遥控器通过无线电波发送制动执行指令给无线电接收模块;无线电接收模块接收到制动指令时自动控制无线电接收模块上的继电器吸合:当继电器吸合时,即输出12V电压,继电器断开时即开路;整车控制器通过I/O口接收到继电器输出的12V电压信息,并检测到12V电压时,向电机发出指令,通过电机制动力控制车辆制动。本发明通过遥控控制实现车辆制动,尤其适合自动档电动教练车在科目二的场地教学中使用。该系统实现教练遥控干预学员不当操作,极大的降低了教练劳动高强度,改善了酷暑曝晒的工作环境,经济便捷。
