The invention discloses intelligent construction site tower crane equipment based on a building information model. The intelligent construction site tower crane equipment comprises a basic resource layer, a supporting layer, an application layer, an access layer and a tower crane device, wherein the basic resource layer is electrically and bidirectionally connected to the supporting layer, the supporting layer is electrically and bidirectionally connected to the application layer, the application layer is electrically and bidirectionally connected to the access layer, and the tower crane device is electrically and bidirectionally connected to the application layer through a tower crane management module. A positioning transmitting unit and a positioning feedback unit are additionally arranged in a system, the positioning transmitting unit is installed on a variable-amplitude trolley, the positioning feedback unit is carried on a ground worker, and therefore the variable-amplitude trolley slides along a cargo boom under automatic adjustment of the system by means of vertical information communication of signals, and can be accurately connected to materials on the ground in a butt joint mode, a hook can vertically fall to the tops of the materials, then the materials are lifted, and then the material lifting efficiency can be effectively improved through intelligent adjustment of the system.

    本发明公开了一种基于建筑信息模型的智慧工地塔吊设备,包括基础资源层、支撑层、应用层、访问层和塔吊装置,所述基础资源层电性双向连接所述支撑层,所述支撑层电性双向连接所述应用层,所述应用层电性双向连接所述访问层,所述塔吊装置通过塔吊管理模块与所述应用层电性双向连接。通过在该系统中增加定位发射单元和定位反馈单元,定位发射单元安装在变幅小车上,而定位反馈单元随身携带在地面工作者身上,从而利用信号的垂直信息交流,使得变幅小车在系统的自动调节下沿着起重臂滑动,进而能够精准的与地面上的物料进行对接,使得挂钩能够垂直落向物料的顶部,进而对物料进行吊起,进而利用系统的智能调节能够有效的提高物料的起重效率。
