The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, and discloses a special refrigeration device for ships. The device comprises an air cylinder, an air inlet, an air outlet, an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve, the air cylinder is of a square structure, an upper piston is slidably mounted in an inner cavity of the air cylinder, the lower surface of the upper piston is fixedly connected with one end of an elastic piece, and a lower piston is slidably mounted in the inner cavity of the air cylinder and on the lower side of the upper piston. Through the arrangement of a gear set and elastic pieces and the coaxial reverse rotation of the gear set, gears on the two sides of the gear set drive corresponding connecting rods to move, the lower piston is subjected to symmetrical force applied by the connecting rods on the two sides in the moving process, and the lower piston cannot deflect; and then the lower piston drives the upper piston to move through the evenly-distributed elastic pieces, so that the upper piston bears even and vertical force in the working process, deflection of the upper piston is avoided, abrasion between the piston and the side wall of the air cylinder is reduced, and friction heat between the piston and the side wall of the air cylinder is prevented from being increased.

    本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,且公开了一种船舶专用冷藏装置,包括气缸、进气口、出气口、进气阀与出气阀,所述气缸为方形结构,所述气缸内腔中滑动安装有上活塞,所述上活塞的下表面与弹性件的一端固定连接,所述气缸内腔中位于上活塞下侧的位置滑动安装有下活塞。本发明通过齿轮组与弹性件的设置,通过齿轮组的同轴反向转动,使得齿轮组的两侧齿轮带动对应连杆运动,使得下活塞在移动过程中会受到两侧连杆所施加的对称的力,使下活塞不会发生偏转,之后,下活塞通过均匀分布的弹性件带动上活塞移动,使上活塞在工作过程中受到均匀垂直的力,避免上活塞发生偏转,进而减小活塞与气缸侧壁之间的磨损,避免两者之间摩擦热量增大。
