The invention discloses a tandem type electro-hydraulic hybrid power system. The storage battery pack is electrically connected with the motor through the motor controller, an output shaft of the motor is synchronously and mechanically connected with an output shaft of the first hydraulic pump motor, and the first hydraulic pump motor and the second hydraulic pump motor are each provided with a high-pressure oil inlet and outlet and a low-pressure oil inlet and outlet. A high-pressure oil inlet/outlet of the first hydraulic pump motor, an oil inlet/outlet of the hydraulic accumulator and a high-pressure oil inlet/outlet of the second hydraulic pump motor are communicated with one another; a low-pressure oil inlet/outlet of the first hydraulic pump motor, the hydraulic oil tank and a low-pressure oil inlet/outlet of the second hydraulic pump motor are communicated with one another; and an output shaft of the second hydraulic pump motor is coaxially connected with an input shaft of the main speed reducer. The electric driving system with high energy density and the hydraulic driving system with high power density are combined, the electric driving system provides average power, the hydraulic driving system provides peak power, the installed power of the motor is reduced, the negative influence of large-current charging and discharging on a storage battery is avoided, and the power performance of engineering machinery is improved.

    本发明公开了一种串联式电液混合动力系统。蓄电池组通过电机控制器与电机电连接,电机的输出轴与第一液压泵马达的输出轴同步机械连接,第一液压泵马达和第二液压泵马达均设置有高压和低压进出油口,第一液压泵马达的高压进出油口、液压蓄能器的进出油口和第二液压泵马达的高压进出油口三者相互连通,第一液压泵马达的低压进出油口、液压油箱和第二液压泵马达的低压进出油口三者相互连通;第二液压泵马达的输出轴与主减速器的输入轴同轴连接。本发明结合能量密度高的电驱动系统和功率密度高的液压驱动系统,由电驱动系统提供平均功率,液压驱动系统提供峰值功率,降低电机的装机功率、避免大电流充放对蓄电池的负面影响,提高工程机械的动力性能。
