The invention discloses a series-parallel electro-hydraulic hybrid power system. A storage battery pack is electrically connected with a motor through a motor controller, the output shaft of the motor is coaxially connected with the input shaft of a power dividing mechanism, the first output shaft of the power dividing mechanism is coaxially connected with the input shaft of a first hydraulic pump motor, the output shaft of the second hydraulic pump motor is connected with the first output shaft of a power converging mechanism, the second output shaft of the power dividing mechanism is connected with the second input shaft of the power converging mechanism, and the output shaft of the power converging mechanism is connected with the input shaft of a main speed reducer; high-pressure oil inlets and outlets of the first hydraulic pump motor and the second hydraulic pump motor are communicated with a hydraulic energy accumulator, and low-pressure oil inlets and outlets of the first hydraulic pump motor and the second hydraulic pump motor are communicated with a hydraulic oil tank. According to the series-parallel electro-hydraulic hybrid power system, the installed power of the motor is reduced, the negative influence of large-current charging and discharging on the storage battery is avoided, and the power performance of engineering machinery is improved.

    本发明公开了一种混联式电液混合动力系统。蓄电池组通过电机控制器与电机电连接,电机的输出轴与功率分流机构的输入轴同轴连接,功率分流机构的第一输出轴与第一液压泵马达的输入轴同轴连接,第二液压泵马达的输出轴与功率汇流机构的第一输出轴连接,功率分流机构的第二输出轴与功率汇流机构的第二输入轴连接,功率汇流机构的输出轴与主减速器的输入轴连接;第一液压泵马达、第二液压泵马达的高压进出油口和液压蓄能器三者相互连通,第一液压泵马达、第二液压泵马达的低压进出油口和液压油箱三者相互连通。本发明的混联式电液混合动力系统降低了电机的装机功率、避免了大电流充放对蓄电池的负面影响,提高了工程机械的动力性能。
