The invention discloses a hoisting device and a hoisting method for construction of prefabricated stairs of a high-rise fabricated building, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The hoisting device comprises a steel beam, the steel beam is composed of an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate and a connecting plate, two upper connecting pieces which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the two sides of the upper surface of the upper flange plate, two lower connecting pieces which are symmetrically distributed and adjustable in position are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the lower flange plate, two hand-drive blocks which are symmetrically distributed are arranged at the bottom of each lower connecting piece, according to the hoisting device, an inclination angle sensor is connected with the surface of the stair through a right-angle seat, so that the inclination state of the surface of the stair can be monitored at any time, the inclination angle can be controlled by finely adjusting the hand-drive blocks, therefore, the installation quality of the stair is guaranteed, the accurate in-position of the stair is guaranteed, high adjusting precision can be achieved, the observation precision, the judgment accuracy and the hoisting stability in the hoisting process are improved.

    本发明公开了一种高层装配式建筑预制楼梯施工用吊装装置及吊装方法,属于建筑施工技术领域。它包括钢梁,所述钢梁由上翼缘板、下翼缘板以及连接板构成,所述上翼缘板的上表面两侧设置有两个对称分布的上部连接件,所述下翼缘板的底部两侧设置有两个对称分布并且位置可调的下部连接件,每个所述下部连接件的底部设置有两个对称分布的手动葫芦,本发明通过采用直角座将倾角传感器与楼梯表面连接在一起,从而便于对楼梯表面的倾斜状态进行随时监测,并通过微调手动葫芦对倾斜角度进行控制,从而保证了楼梯的安装质量,保证了楼梯的精确就位,可以达到较高的调节精度,提高吊装过程中观测的精度、判断的准确性及吊装的稳定性。
