The balance unit comprises a horizontal plate and a leveling pipe, the horizontal plate is fixedly mounted below the lifting hook through a connecting rod, and a first pushing part and a second pushing part are mounted on the bottom surface of the horizontal plate; a small rolling ball capable of rolling in the axial direction of the leveling pipe is placed in the leveling pipe, a concave part used for accommodating the small rolling ball is arranged in the middle of the leveling pipe, and the two ends of the leveling pipe are correspondingly connected with the corresponding lifting appliances; and a first switch used for controlling the first pushing part and a second switch used for controlling the second pushing part are mounted in the leveling pipe, the first switch and the second switch are located at the two ends of the leveling pipe, the first pushing part is located on the side where the second switch is located, and the second pushing part is located on the side where the first switch is located.
