The invention discloses an intelligent hoisting adjusting device and method for fabricated building prefabricated parts. The device comprises a control box which is internally provided with a controller; a first adjusting rod which is arranged between one side of the vertical wall body of a prefabricated part and the control box; a second adjusting rod and a third adjusting rod which are arranged between the upper end of the vertical wall body of the prefabricated part and the control box respectively, wherein the second adjusting rod and the third adjusting rod are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the first adjusting rod, and the first adjusting rod, the second adjusting rod and the third adjusting rod are all in circuit connection with the controller; and an angle sensor which is arranged on the prefabricated part and is in circuit connection with the controller. According to the intelligent hoisting adjusting device and method for fabricated building prefabricated parts, the inclination angle of the prefabricated part in the hoisting process can be corrected, the balance, stability and safety of the prefabricated part in the hoisting process are guaranteed, adjustment intelligence, timeliness and convenience are achieved, the hoisting efficiency is improved, the hoisting time is shortened, and the adjustment precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种装配式建筑预制构件的吊装智能调节装置及方法,该装置包括控制箱,其内设置有控制器;第一调节杆,设置在预制构件的立面墙体的一侧与控制箱之间;第二调节杆和第三调节杆,分别设置在预制构件的立面墙体的上端与控制箱之间,且第二调节杆与第三调节杆对称分布于第一调节杆的两侧,第一调节杆、第二调节杆和第三调节杆均与控制器电路连接;角度传感器,设置在预制构件上,与控制器电路连接。本发明能够对预制构件在吊装过程中的倾斜角度进行修正,保障了预制构件在吊装过程中的平衡性、平稳性和安全性,具有调节的智能性、及时性、方便性,提高了吊装效率,减少了吊装时间,提高了调节精度。
