The damper comprises a box body, wherein a box cover is arranged on an upper end face of the box body; a sealing gasket is arranged between the box body and the box cover; the box body and the box cover are connected through fastening bolts; annular electrode plates are respectively arranged on the upper surface and the lower bottom surface of a cavity formed by the box body and the box cover; a rotating main shaft is arranged in the box body and penetrates through a lower end surface of the box body; an upper end of the rotating main shaft is connected with the box cover through a bearing; a bearing and an oil seal are respectively arranged between the rotating main shaft and the lower end of the box body; electrorheological fluid is arranged in the box body; and a steering engine and an angle signal converter are arranged on a lower end face of the box body; a connecting rod is arranged between the steering engine and the angle signal converter; and the connecting rod is connected with the rotating main shaft.
