The invention discloses an electric brake system of a railway vehicle. The electric brake system comprises a motor controller, a brake motor, an oil pump, a brake cylinder and brake calipers, the motor controller is in signal control connection with the brake motor, the brake motor is in drive connection with the oil pump, the oil pump is in oil supply connection with the brake cylinder through the one-way valve, the brake cylinder is in drive connection with the brake calipers, and the brake calipers are in brake connection with a wheel axle of the railway vehicle. The wheel shafts of the railway vehicle are braked through the brake calipers, so that additional abrasion caused by wheel braking is avoided, and the maintenance cost of the railway vehicle is reduced; when it is judged that the wheels are in the locked state under the action of the brake calipers, the output pressure of the brake cylinder to the brake calipers is cut off or reduced, the wheel shafts and the wheels are separated from the locked state, sliding friction of the wheels to a rail can be changed into static friction, the brake efficiency is improved, and the brake distance is shortened; meanwhile, the abrasion effect on the wheels is further reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆电动制动系统,包括电机控制器、制动电机、油泵、制动分泵和制动卡钳;所述电机控制器信号控制连接于制动电机,所述制动电机驱动连接于油泵,所述油泵通过单向阀供油连接于制动分泵,所述制动分泵驱动连接于制动卡钳,所述制动卡钳制动连接于轨道车辆的轮轴;通过制动卡钳对轨道车辆的轮轴制动,避免了对车轮制动导致产生额外的磨损,降低了轨道车辆的维护成本;当判断车轮受制动卡钳的作用处于抱死状态时,切断或减小制动分泵对制动卡钳的输出压力,使轮轴和车轮脱离抱死状态,可以将车轮对轨道的滑动摩擦变为静摩擦,提高了制动效率,缩短了制动距离,同时进一步减少了车轮受到的磨损作用,增加使用寿命。
