The invention relates to the technical field of ship electronic equipment, and discloses a water chilling unit for ship air conditioning. The water chilling unit comprises an expansion valve, the top of the expansion valve is provided with a temperature transfer gas circuit and a temperature sensing cavity, the middle of the expansion valve is provided with a movable cavity, and the top end of the movable cavity is fixedly connected with an expansion spring. The bottom end of the expansion spring is fixedly connected with an extrusion block, the bottom end of the extrusion block is fixedly connected with a first spring, and the center of the bottom end of the extrusion block is fixedly connected with a transmission rod. According to the water chilling unit for ship air conditioning, through the designed temperature sensing cavity, the expansion spring and the extrusion block, a temperature sensing bulb is arranged in the expansion valve, and the situation that the temperature sensing bulb is influenced by the environment temperature due to the fact that the temperature sensing bulb is arranged outside, and the pressure change of a saturated refrigerant in the temperature sensing bulb cannot be consistent with the temperature change in an outlet pipe of an evaporator is avoided, and the valve port opening conditioning cannot be consistent with the indoor temperature conditioning; and meanwhile, due to the design of the expansion spring, the situation that the expansion spring is broken due to multiple times of agitation is avoided.

    本发明涉及船舶电子设备技术领域,且公开了一种船舶空气调节用冷水机组,包括膨胀阀,所述膨胀阀的顶部开设有传温气路和感温腔,所述膨胀阀的中部开设有活动腔,所述活动腔的顶端固定连接有膨胀弹簧,所述膨胀弹簧的底端固定连接有挤压块,所述挤压块的底端固定连接有一号弹簧,所述挤压块的底端中心固定连接有传递杆。本发明通过设计的感温腔、膨胀弹簧、挤压块,使感温包置于膨胀阀内部,避免了感温包置于外部导致环境温度影响感温包,导致感温包内饱和冷媒的压力变化无法与蒸发器出口管中的温度变化一致,使得阀口开度调节无法与室内温度调节一致,同时膨胀弹簧的设计,避免了膨胀弹簧出现多次鼓动而导致破裂的情况。
