The invention discloses an indoor vertical transportation method for a water chilling unit. The vertical transportation method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of layers of cushion block structures are arranged at the water chilling unit installation position based on the shape of a base of the water chilling unit to be installed, and the top faces of the cushion block structuresare flush with an indoor terrace; S2, the water chilling unit is unloaded to a guide rail communicating with the top faces of the cushion block structures through a jacking mechanism; S3, the water chilling unit moves to the position above the cushion block structures through the guide rail; and S4, the bottom support of the water chilling unit is completed based on the jacking mechanism arrangedat the water chilling unit installation position, and disassembly of the cushion block structures is completed layer by layer until the water chilling unit descends to the position above a base plateof the installation position. According to the indoor vertical transportation method for the water chilling unit, efficient and stable movement of the water chilling unit in the vertical direction can be achieved in the installation process, and smooth and stable in-place installation of the large water chilling unit is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种冷水机组室内垂直运输方法,所述垂直运输方法包括如下步骤:S1:基于待安装冷水机组底座形状于所述冷水机组安装位置设置有若干层垫块结构,并使得所述垫块结构顶面与室内地坪平齐;S2:经由顶升机构将冷水机组卸至与垫块结构顶面导通的导轨之上;S3:所述冷水机组经导轨移动至垫块结构之上;S4:基于设置于所述冷水机组安装位置处的顶升机构的完成冷水机组的底部支撑,逐层完成垫块结构的拆离,直至所述冷水机组下降至安装位置的基板之上。通过本发明公开的冷水机组室内垂直运输方法,使得冷水机组在安装过程中能够实现竖直竖直方向上的高效和稳定的移动,有助于大型冷水机组的平稳就位。
