The invention discloses an intelligent elevator interaction control system based on machine vision. The intelligent elevator interaction control system comprises a cloud server, a face recognition camera module, a gesture recognition camera module, a main control module, an electronic display screen and an elevator electrical control module, the cloud server is connected with the main control module through a wireless network, the main control module is in mutual electric control connection with the face recognition camera module, the gesture recognition camera module, the electronic display screen and the elevator electric control module. The cloud server is used for storing feature information of elevator users, and the feature information comprises identity information, face feature information and residence floor information of the users; the face recognition camera module is installed on the inner wall of an elevator car and used for collecting user face images and transmitting the images to the main control module for feature extraction and other follow-up processing. The intelligent elevator interaction control system has two elevator operation methods of face recognition and gesture recognition, and contact between the user and keys can be avoided.
