The invention provides an elevator intelligent interaction method and system, and the method comprises the steps: predicting the remaining elevator descending time length of each passenger based on the current floor of an elevator, the elevator descending floor of each passenger in the elevator and the operation speed of the elevator; determining whether to enter an interaction opportunity or not on the basis of the remaining elevator leaving duration of each passenger; if yes, making a decision to generate an interaction material based on the remaining elevator leaving duration of each passenger, the personal portrait of each passenger and an interaction material library; and controlling the elevator to interact with each passenger based on the interaction material. The elevator is controlled to interact with the passengers, the attention of the passengers in the waiting process when the passengers take the elevator is effectively dispersed, the situation that the passengers have boring, boring and even impatient emotions is avoided, the experience of the passengers using the elevator is improved, and the comfort degree of the passengers taking the elevator is improved.

    本发明提供一种电梯智慧交互方法及系统,其中方法包括:基于电梯的当前楼层、电梯内各乘员的下梯楼层与电梯的运行速度,预测各乘员的剩余下梯时长;基于各乘员的剩余下梯时长,确定是否进入交互时机;当为是时,基于各乘员的剩余下梯时长、各乘员的人员画像与交互素材库,决策生成交互素材;基于交互素材,控制电梯与各乘员进行交互。本发明控制电梯与各乘员进行交互,有效地分散乘员在乘坐电梯时的等待过程中的注意力,避免乘员出现乏味、无聊甚至是急躁的情绪,提升了使用电梯的乘员的体验,提升了乘员乘梯的舒适度。
