The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle and a throwing device thereof. The throwing device comprises a first supporting frame, a driving motor arranged on the first supporting frame and a second supporting frame arranged below the first supporting frame and connected with an output shaft of the driving motor. The first supporting frame is provided with a storage bin, the second supporting frame is used for being operated between a closed position and an open position, the bottom of the storage bin is exposed at the open position, and the second supporting frame is aligned to the bottom of the storage bin at the closed position; an unmanned aerial vehicle connecting piece is arranged on the first supporting frame and used for fixing an unmanned aerial vehicle; the output end of a controller of the unmanned aerial vehicle is electrically connected with the signal input end of the steering engine, and a power source of the unmanned aerial vehicle is electrically connected with the power source input end of the steering engine. The problems that in the prior art, when goods are conveyed by an unmanned aerial vehicle, the goods fall off and are clamped are solved.
