The invention relates to an electric automobile driven by jolting and vibrating kinetic energy. In order to enable the electric automobile to consume battery energy as little as possible during running, kinetic energy generated by jolting and vibration is used for driving stress application wheels arranged on rotating parts at the left end and the right end of a rear car and a rotating shaft of the rear car through rapid falling and moving of a bearing girder part, so that the electric automobile continues to run; and on the other hand, during jolting and vibration, the bearing girder part rapidly falls and moves, so that a stress application wheel and a transmission belt wheel on the rear car rotating shaft drive a generator to charge a motor and a power battery to provide electric energy.
