The invention discloses an automotive headlamp capable of adjusting the irradiation directions in a self-adaptation mode on a jolting road segment. The automotive headlamp comprises a headlamp body, a luminance transducer, a power regulator, a velocity sensor, a motor and a control module. The velocity sensor is arranged on a wheel axle of front wheels of an automobile and is used for sensing the speed of the wheel axle of the front wheels of the automobile in the vertical direction. The motor is used for adjusting the vertical irradiation angle of the headlamp body. The control module comprises a luminance control unit and a vertical adjusting unit. The luminance control unit is used for controlling the power regulator to adjust the irradiation power of the headlamp body according to the luminance information of received external light. The vertical adjusting unit is used for calculating the angle needing to deflect vertically by the headlamp body according to the speed of the wheel axle of the front wheels of the automobile in the vertical direction and the length of the distance from the front wheels of the automobile to the center of the automobile and for controlling the vertical motor to adjust the headlamp body. The automotive headlamp is simple in structure and convenient to use, the irradiation directions of the automotive headlamp on the jolting road segment can be adjusted, and thus driving is made safer.
