The invention relates to the field of torsion beam trailing arm structures, in particular to an eccentric flaring torsion beam trailing arm structure which comprises a trailing arm formed by bending a seamless pipe through a pipe bending process. One end of the trailing arm is provided with a welding section which is in welding fit with a sleeve, a circular pipe section which is integrally connected with the welding section and is used for determining the circle center, and a flaring section which is integrally connected with the circular pipe section and is used for increasing the area of the cross section overlapped with a hub mounting plate, and the cross section of the end, overlapped with the hub mounting plate, of the trailing arm is increased through the flaring section; the length of a welding seam of the trailing arm and the hub mounting plate is increased along with the increase of the length of the welding seam, so that the strength is increased, the toughness is improved, the problem of welding deformation caused by overlarge welding seam stress and excessive welding seams of a stamping buckling welding type trailing arm is avoided, other parts in lap joint with the trailing arm do not need to consider the avoidance of the welding seams, and the design of an assembly is facilitated; and meanwhile, the problem that the manufacturing cost is too high is solved, and the flaring trailing arm also has the same function as a seamless tube formed through internal high pressure.

    本发明涉及扭力梁纵臂结构领域,具体是一种偏心扩口扭力梁纵臂结构,包括通过弯管工艺弯曲无缝管所形成的纵臂,所述的纵臂的一端设置有与套管焊接配合的焊接段、与焊接段为一体连接用于确定圆心的圆管段、与圆管段为一体连接用于增大与轮毂安装板搭接的截面面积的扩口段,通过扩口段将纵臂与轮毂安装板搭接的一端截面增大,纵臂与轮毂安装板的焊缝长度也会随着变长,则强度也会增加、韧性变好,避免了冲压扣合焊接式纵臂焊缝应力过大及焊缝过多导致焊接变形问题,与纵臂搭接的其他部件也无需考虑焊缝的避让,有利于总成的设计;同时也解决了制造成本过高的问题,经过扩口后的纵臂也具有与内高压成型的无缝管相同的作用。
