The invention relates to a pedestrian protection method and device, sensing equipment and a storage medium, and the pedestrian protection method comprises the steps: obtaining a real-time collision signal and a corresponding collision object; judging whether the real-time collision signal reaches a preset collision threshold value or not, and obtaining a first judgment result; judging whether the collision object is a pedestrian or not to obtain a second judgment result; and if both the first judgment result and the second judgment result meet preset conditions, performing pedestrian protection measures. According to the invention, the technical problem of false triggering of pedestrian collision protection measures is solved, and the triggering accuracy of the pedestrian protection device is improved.
