The invention relates to an electric vehicle starting condition analysis method considering double-layer vibration isolation. The method comprises the steps that 1 a motor excitation model with control is established; 2 a whole vehicle dynamic model considering double-layer vibration isolation is built; 3 the lumped parameters are substituted into the model, motor excitation is applied to the whole vehicle dynamics model, and system response is measured; and 4 according to the system response, optimization design is carried out on a motor excitation control algorithm and the specific structure and related parameters of the electric drive assembly double-layer vibration isolation system. According to the method, motor excitation is controlled from an excitation source and a transmission path, and the structure and related parameters of the double-layer suspension vibration isolation system are optimized, so that the vibration characteristic of the electric vehicle under the starting condition is better improved, and a theoretical basis is provided for performance optimization of the electric vehicle under the starting condition.

    本发明涉及一种考虑双层隔振的电动汽车起步工况分析方法,包括:步骤1:建立带控制的电机激励模型;步骤2:搭建考虑双层隔振的整车动力学模型;步骤3:将集总参数代入模型,将电机激励施加到整车动力学模型并测得系统响应;步骤4:根据系统响应,对电机激励控制算法以及电驱动总成双层隔振系统的具体结构及涉及的参数进行优化设计。本发明分别从激励源以及传递路径入手,分别对电机激励进行控制,并对双层悬置隔振系统结构及涉及参数进行优化,使得电动汽车在起步工况下振动特性得到更好地改善,为电动汽车起步工况性能优化提供了理论依据。
