The invention discloses a self-adaptive multi-section constant-rotating-speed new energy automobile air conditioner compressor control system and method, and belongs to the technical field of whole automobile thermal management. A one-dimensional automobile air conditioner system thermal model and an automobile passenger compartment thermal model are coupled, the real-time temperature of a passenger compartment serves as a control target, the rotating speed of an electric compressor serves as a control variable, the power consumption of the air conditioner system serves as a feedback variable, an automobile air conditioner system-passenger compartment coupling thermal model is established, a passenger compartment target temperature and control precision are input into a genetic algorithm calculator, a multi-section constant compressor rotating speed corresponding to the passenger compartment real-time temperature is calculated based on the optimal power consumption of the air conditioner system, different temperature intervals of the passenger compartment correspond to different constant compressor rotating speeds, an MCCS controller controls the automobile air conditioner system according to the constant compressor rotating speed combination, and uplink and downlink intervals of compressor rotating speed switching corresponding to the different temperature intervals of the passenger compartment are determined. The system and the method can be widely applied to control of the air conditioner system of the electric automobile, are high in robustness, and are easy to apply in engineering practice.

    本发明请求保护一种自适应多段恒转速新能源汽车空调压缩机控制系统及方法,属于整车热管理技术领域,一维汽车空调系统热模型和汽车乘员舱热模型耦合,以乘员舱实时温度为控制目标,电动压缩机转速为控制变量,空调系统功耗为反馈变量,建立汽车空调系统‑乘员舱耦合热模型,将乘员舱目标温度和控制精度输入到遗传算法计算器,计算基于空调系统功耗最优的与乘员舱实时温度对应的多段恒压缩机转速,乘员舱不同温度区间对应不同的恒压缩机转速,MCCS控制器根据恒压缩机转速组合控制汽车空调系统,确定乘员舱不同温度区间对应的压缩机转速切换的上下行区间。本发明能广泛应用于电动汽车空调系统控制,鲁棒性强,易于在工程实际中应用。
