The invention discloses an automobile air conditioner compressor rotating speed control method which comprises the steps that the blower voltage of a blower at a current gear is obtained, and blower noise generated when the blower is located in a vehicle at the current gear is determined according to the blower voltage; according to the blower noise, the allowable maximum compressor noise, generated by a compressor, in the vehicle is calculated, and according to the maximum compressor noise, the maximum allowable rotating speed of the compressor under the current working condition is determined; and the rotating speed of the compressor is controlled not to exceed the maximum allowable rotating speed of the compressor. According to the invention, based on the voltage of the blower at the current gear, the blower noise is determined and the maximum allowable compressor noise in the vehicle is calculated, the maximum allowable rotating speed of the compressor under the current working condition is determined, and the rotating speed of the compressor is kept not to exceed the maximum allowable rotating speed of the compressor, so that the noise of the compressor is always kept equal tothe noise level of an air blower and is not easily perceived by drivers and passengers.
