The invention relates to a submersible locking mechanism and an operation method thereof. The submersible locking mechanism comprises a base, a guide rail supporting seat arranged on the base, a guide rail, a sliding bearing arranged on the guide rail in a sliding mode, a spring bolt fixed to the sliding bearing, a spring bolt driving rod fixed to the spring bolt, an elastic piece arranged on the guide rail in a sleeving mode, and a driving mechanism which is used for driving the spring bolt driving rod to move up and down; the locking force direction of the submersible locking mechanism is perpendicular to the moving direction of the spring bolt, the locking capacity is guaranteed through the guide rail and the spring bolt, the magnitude of the locking force is guaranteed, the requirement for driving force is lowered, the movement of the driving mechanism is completed only through one driving motor, an angle sensor is integrated, control is simple and accurate, and the overall structure is compact, small in size and light in weight.

    本发明涉及一种潜水器锁紧机构及其操作方法,所述潜水器锁紧机构包括底座、设置于所述底座的导轨支撑座、导轨、可滑动地设置于所述导轨的滑动轴承、固定于所述滑动轴承的锁舌、固定于所述锁舌的锁舌驱动杆、套设于所述导轨的弹性件、用于驱动所述锁舌驱动杆上下移动的驱动机构;所述潜水器锁紧机构的锁紧力方向与锁舌运动方向成垂直分布,锁紧能力依靠导轨和锁舌来保证,确保了锁紧力的大小,也降低了对驱动力的要求,而且驱动机构的运动仅由一个驱动电机完成,并集成有角度传感器,控制简单精确,整体结构紧凑、体积小且重量小。
