By adopting a heat conduction cylinder, a heat conduction plate, a middle plate, a heat conduction cross rod, a heat conduction touch plate, a heat insulation plate, a vacuum heat insulation cavity and a heat insulation connecting cylinder, external high temperature is prevented from being transmitted to the storage battery assembly; when the internal temperature of the protective shell is higher than the external temperature, the pressure in the first cavity is higher than that in the second cavity, the heat conduction plate drives the heat conduction cross rod and the heat conduction touch plate to move away from the first cavity, the heat conduction touch plate, the heat conduction plate, the heat conduction cylinder and the middle plate form a heat conduction channel, and the heat conduction process is achieved.According to the device, a low-efficiency heat dissipation process under the condition of high external temperature can be avoided, and the influence of the external high temperature on the interior of the protective shell is reduced, the heat conduction channel is selectively cut off, and the device has good protection and sealing effects.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动汽车的组合式蓄电池,具体涉及电车蓄电池技术领域,包括防护外壳,所述防护外壳的背面通过两个合页与盖板铰接,所述盖板的上表面开设有密封腔。本发明通过采用导热筒、导热板、中间板、导热横杆、导热触板、隔热板、真空隔热腔和隔热连接筒,避免外界高温传递至蓄电池组件处,在防护外壳内部温度高于外界温度时,第一空腔内压力大于第二空腔,此时导热板带动导热横杆和导热触板远离第一空腔移动,此时导热触板、导热板、导热筒和中间板组成导热通路,实现导热过程,本装置可避免外界温度高温情况下的低效散热过程,降低外界高温对防护外壳内部的影响,选择性的隔断导热通道,本装置具有较好的防护和封闭效果。
