To solve the problem that a lithium ion battery becomes a mainstream as a power energy source in an electric vehicle, and the lithium ion battery is expensive, heavy and difficult to perform maintenance.SOLUTION: A lead battery, which is inexpensive and lightweight while poor efficiency, is used as an energy source of an electric vehicle by fully bringing out effectiveness of the lead battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
