The invention relates to the field of building construction safety monitoring, in particular to a municipal house building construction supervision system which comprises a fixed seat, an unmanned aerial vehicle body and a camera. The fixed seat is fixed on the wall surface of a construction area; the surface of the fixed seat is fixedly connected with a fixed rod; the end face of the fixed rod is fixedly connected with a tray. A supporting groove is formed in the top of the tray; the unmanned aerial vehicle body is arranged in the supporting groove; a through hole is formed in the bottom of the supporting groove; the camera is arranged at the position of the through hole in the bottom surface of the unmanned aerial vehicle body. According to the invention, inspection and fixed-point monitoring design is effectively realized, the supervision range is greatly expanded, the condition information of each supervision area is recorded, nearby landing and fixed-point monitoring can be realized, excessive energy consumption caused by continuous inspection can be avoided, and the problem of high cost caused by installation of a large number of cameras in the existing scheme can be solved.
