The invention relates to the field of building construction devices, in particular to a lifting device for building construction and supervision, which comprises a plurality of supporting steel frames, a climbing frame and a climbing device, the supporting steel frames are of a rectangular structure, the plurality of supporting steel frames are mutually spliced through bolt structures, an inlet is formed in the front side of each supporting steel frame, and the climbing device is arranged on the climbing frame. A baffle is used for blocking the outlet and the outlet of the supporting steel frame, the baffle moves on the sliding grooves in the transverse frame at the outlet and the inlet of the supporting steel frame through the sliding rods, the two sides of the supporting steel frame are blocked through fences, and guide rail installation transmission assemblies are arranged on the inner sides of the fences. The climbing frame and the transmission assembly on the inner side of the supporting steel frame are protected, and the situation that construction materials on a construction engineering site fall onto the climbing frame or the transmission assembly, potential safety hazards are caused, or the situation that the construction materials fall onto the transmission assembly of the structure easily, and operation of the transmission assembly is blocked is avoided.

    本发明涉及建筑施工装置领域,具体为一种建筑施工及监理用升降装置,包括支撑钢架、爬升架以及爬升装置,支撑钢架为矩形结构,支撑钢架包括若干个,且若干个支撑钢架通过螺栓结构相互拼接,支撑钢架的前侧设有进口,支撑钢架的后侧设有出口,本发明利用挡板对支撑钢架出口以及出口进行封堵,挡板通过滑杆在支撑钢架出口处与进口处横架上的滑槽上位移,利用围挡对支撑钢架的两侧进行封堵,在围板内侧设置导向轨安装传动组件,起到对支撑钢架内侧的爬升架以及传动组件的防护作用,避免建筑工程现场的施工材料落入爬升架或传动组件上,造成安全隐患,或容易导致施工材料掉入上述结构的传动组件上,卡住传动组件的运转。
