The invention discloses a shaft end power generating device, a bogie and a railway vehicle, the shaft end power generating device is used for being arranged at the wheel shaft end of a wheel set assembly and comprises a generator and a coupler, and the generator is provided with an inner rotor; the coupler is arranged at the end part of the wheel set assembly and is connected with the wheel set assembly and an inner rotor of the generator so as to transmit the torque of the wheel set assembly; and the coupler is movably connected with an inner rotor of the generator through a clamping step structure, the clamping step structure comprises a clamping step shaft and a clamping groove which are matched with each other, the clamping groove sleeves the clamping step shaft, and the clamping groove is in clearance fit with the clamping step shaft in the axial direction and the radial direction. Compared with the prior art in which the inner rotor in the generator is directly connected with the shaft end, the shaft end power generating device provided by the invention has the advantages that the generator and the wheel shaft are buffered, and meanwhile, as the generator and the coupler are in open clearance fit, the axial and radial displacement of the shaft end is eliminated by the fit clearance, and the generator can be effectively protected. Performance and reliability of the generator are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种轴端发电装置、转向架以及铁路车辆,轴端发电装置用于设置在轮对组成的轮轴端部,包括发电机和联轴器,发电机具有内转子;联轴器设置在轮对组成的端部,并连接轮对组成和发电机的内转子,以传递轮对组成的扭矩;联轴器与发电机的内转子通过卡阶结构活动连接,卡阶结构包括相配合卡阶轴和卡槽,卡槽套装于卡阶轴上,且卡槽与卡阶轴在轴向以及径向间隙配合。本发明提供的轴端发电装置,与现有技术的电机内转子与轴端直接连接相比,发电机跟轮轴存在缓冲,同时由于发电机与联轴器采用开放式的间隙配合,轴端的轴向及径向位移由配合间隙消除,能有效保护发电机,保证发电机的性能及可靠性。
