The invention discloses an instantaneous synchronous differential mechanism. The instantaneous synchronous differential mechanism comprises a one-way bearing and a driving bevel gear which are coaxially and fixedly connected, and an inner ring or an outer ring of the one-way bearing is fixedly connected with the driving bevel gear; the instantaneous synchronous differential mechanism further comprises a disc outer ring, and a transmission bevel gear is rotationally connected to the disc outer ring; and the instantaneous synchronous differential mechanism further comprises a driven bevel gear which is arranged coaxial with the driving bevel gear, the driving bevel gear is meshed with the transmission bevel gear, the transmission bevel gear is meshed with the driven bevel gear, the instantaneous synchronous differential mechanism further comprises a locking mechanism used for limiting the disc outer ring to rotate, and the locking mechanism adopts any one or a combination of a clutch, a brake and a friction plate. The instantaneous synchronous differential mechanism adopts a full-mechanical structure, can adapt to various working condition environments, is low in failure rate, can have the functions of most differential mechanisms on the market at present, and is wide in market prospect.

    本发明公开了一种瞬时同步差速器,包括同轴固定连接的单向轴承和主动锥齿轮,单向轴承的内圈或者外圈与主动锥齿轮固定连接;还包括圆盘外圈,所述圆盘外圈上转动连接有传动锥齿轮;还包括与主动锥齿轮同轴设置的从动锥齿轮,主动锥齿轮与传动锥齿轮啮合、传动锥齿轮与从动锥齿轮啮合,还包括用以限制圆盘外圈做回转的锁止机构,该锁止机构为离合器、刹车器、摩擦片中任意一种或组合。该瞬时同步差速器采用了全机械的结构能够适应各种负责工况环境,故障率低,并且能够具备目前市面上大多数差速器的功能,市场前景广泛。
