The invention relates to the technical field of wind power blade overturning, and discloses a synchronous overturning mechanism. The synchronous turnover mechanism comprises a blade root turnover device, a coupling device and a blade tip turnover device, the blade root turnover device comprises a supporting assembly and a driving assembly, and the driving assembly comprises a driving wheel and a first driving part; the coupling device comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, and the second connecting piece and the driving wheel can coaxially rotate; the blade tip overturning device comprises a hanging belt and a second driving piece. Based on the synchronous turnover mechanism, the driving wheel can drive the blade root to rotate by 360 degrees, then the blade can be turned over to any angle, the driving wheel is fixedly connected with the blade root, the slippage phenomenon in the blade turnover process is avoided, the blade is turned over stably, hard friction between the blade and a hanging belt is reduced, and the service life of the blade is prolonged. The blades are prevented from being damaged in the overturning process, the driving wheel is connected with the blade root through the connecting device, connection between the blades of different sizes and the driving wheel is achieved, and the universality of the synchronous overturning mechanism is improved.

    本发明涉及风电叶片翻转技术领域,公开了一种同步翻转机构。该同步翻转机构包括叶根翻转装置、联结装置和叶尖翻转装置,叶根翻转装置包括支撑组件和驱动组件,驱动组件包括驱动轮和第一驱动件;联结装置包括第一连接件和第二连接件,第二连接件能够与驱动轮同轴转动;叶尖翻转装置包括吊带和第二驱动件。基于本发明提供的同步翻转机构,驱动轮能够带动叶根转动360°,进而使得叶片能够翻转至任意角度,驱动轮与叶根固定连接,避免叶片翻转过程中出现滑移现象,叶片平稳翻转,并减少叶片与吊带之间的硬摩擦,避免叶片在翻转过程中损伤叶片,驱动轮通过联结装置与叶根连接,实现不同尺寸的叶片与驱动轮之间的连接,增加同步翻转机构的通用性。
