The invention provides a swallow-tailed connecting sleeve for a standard knot of a crane. A string holding surface for holding a main string member of the standard knot is formed on the back surface of the connecting sleeve, the string holding surface extends from a first end of the connecting sleeve to a second end of the connecting sleeve and sinks inwards, and an orthographic projection of the string holding surface comprises a first straight section, an arc-shaped section and a second straight section which are connected in sequence. According to the swallow-tailed connecting sleeve, the arc-shaped section and the two straight sections are combined to form the string holding surface, the string holding area is increased, welding and positioning are facilitated, the fatigue life of a welding seam is prolonged, and meanwhile, the scheme is better in connecting strength. Moreover, the connecting sleeve comprises a connecting part and a swallow-tailed part arranged at an outer edge of an end part of the connecting part, the front surface of the swallow-tailed part is a gradual change part formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of gradual change surfaces, the gradual change part is in arc-shaped transition connection with the connecting part, so that stress concentration can be avoided, the manufacturing is convenient, the gradual change part and the connecting part adopt arc-shaped transition, and the stress transmission is more uniform.

    本发明提供一种起重机标准节燕尾型连接套,连接套的背面形成用于抱紧标准节的主弦杆的抱弦面,抱弦面自连接套的第一端延伸至第二端并向内凹陷,抱弦面的正投影包括依次连接的第一平直段、弧形段以及第二平直段。本发明中的燕尾型连接套采用弧形段+两个平直段组合方式组成抱弦面,增加了抱弦面积,便于焊接和定位,提升了焊缝疲劳寿命,同时该方案连接强度更好。并且,接套包括连接部和设置于连接部的端部外缘处的燕尾部,燕尾部的正面为多个渐变面依次连接形成的渐变部,渐变部与连接部弧形过渡连接,能够避免应力集中,并且便于制造,并且渐变部和连接部采用弧形过渡,使得应力传递更加均匀。
