The invention discloses a sleeve pipe connecting structure of standard joints of a tower crane. The sleeve pipe connecting structure comprises an upper sleeve pipe, a connecting mechanism and a sealing mechanism. A lower sleeve pipe is arranged below the upper sleeve pipe, and the top end of the upper sleeve pipe and the bottom end of the lower sleeve pipe are connected with the standard joints. The sealing mechanism comprises an air bin located in the upper sleeve pipe, the inner wall of the air bin is connected with a piston plate, and the bottom end of the piston plate is connected with a telescopic column penetrating through the lower portion of the upper sleeve pipe. By arranging the connecting mechanism, a mounting hole is clamped into the inner wall of a limiting groove in the falling process of the upper sleeve pipe, the contact area between the upper sleeve pipe and the lower sleeve pipe is increased, after the upper sleeve pipe and the lower sleeve pipe are in complete contact, a high-strength bolt penetrates through a connecting hole and is connected with the mounting hole, then the high-strength bolt penetrates through a first screw hole and is connected with a second screw hole so that the upper sleeve pipe and the lower sleeve pipe can be fixed, and therefore the connecting force between the two standard joints is improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔机标准节的套管连接结构,包括上套管、连接机构与密封机构,所述上套管的下方设置有下套管,且上套管的顶端与下套管的底端均与标准节相连;所述密封机构包括有位于上套管内部的气仓,所述气仓的内壁连接有活塞板,所述活塞板的底端连接有贯穿至上套管下方的伸缩柱。本发明通过设置连接机构,上套管下落的过程中安装孔卡入限位槽的内壁,增加上套管与下套管之间的接触面积,当上套管与下套管完全接触后,使用高强度螺栓贯穿连接孔并与安装孔相连,之后再使用高强度螺栓贯穿一号螺孔与二号螺孔相连,即可将上套管与下套管固定完成,从而提高两个标准节之间的连接力。
