The female connector is of a sleeve structure, an inner cavity of the sleeve is matched with the tenon, two second pin holes are formed in the side walls, corresponding to the two ends of the first pin hole, of the sleeve correspondingly, compensation parts for increasing the contact projection area of the sleeve and the pin shaft are arranged at the positions, located in the two second pin holes, of the sleeve correspondingly, and the pin shaft penetrates through the first pin hole and the two second pin holes. According to the pin shaft connecting structure, the tension bearing area and the pressure bearing area of the male connector and the female connector are equivalent through the compensation part, stress distribution is more uniform, the overall tensile strength and compressive strength of the pin shaft connecting structure are improved, and the performance of the pin shaft connecting structure is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及机械结构领域,公开了一种销轴连接结构、标准节组件以及塔式起重机,包括公接头、母接头和销轴,所述公接头包括榫头,榫头中设有横向贯穿的第一销孔,榫头位于第一销孔两端的侧面均为削减其与销轴接触投影面积的平面结构;母接头为套筒结构,套筒的内腔与榫头相匹配,套筒对应于第一销孔的两端的侧壁上分别开设有两个第二销孔,套筒位于两个第二销孔处分别设有增加其与销轴接触投影面积的补偿部,销轴,其穿过第一销孔和两个第二销孔,本发明通过补偿部使公接头和母接头的承拉面积与承压面积相当,使应力分布更均匀,并提高了销轴连接结构整体的抗拉强度和抗压强度,使销轴连接结构的性能得到有效提升。
