The invention discloses a ship intelligent navigation collision avoidance efficiency verification and evaluation method. The method comprises the steps of 1) setting the position, speed and course of a to-be-evaluated ship, and designing the position, speed and course of a simulated ship; 2) calculating a relative distance, a safe meeting distance SDA, a DCPA and a minimum meeting time TCPA of the two ships through an automatic collision avoidance algorithm applied by the to-be-evaluated ship; 3) judging whether the to-be-evaluated ship and the simulated ship form a cross meeting situation or not according to a calculation result through an automatic collision avoidance algorithm applied by the to-be-evaluated ship, and further judging whether a collision risk exists or not; if there is a collision risk; 4) obtaining each evaluation index data value in the whole collision avoidance process according to the process in the step 3); and 5) according to the evaluation index data in the step 4) and a corresponding preset weight, verifying the intelligent navigation collision avoidance efficiency of the ship. The method provides theoretical and engineering basis for quantitative evaluation of ship intelligent navigation collision avoidance efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种船舶智能航行避碰效能验证评估方法,该方法包括以下步骤:1)设置待评估船的位置、速度和航向,设计模拟船的位置、速度和航向;2)通过待评估船应用的自动避碰算法计算出两船的相对距离、安全会遇距离SDA、DCPA、最小会遇时间TCPA;3)通过待评估船应用的自动避碰算法根据计算结果判断待评估船和模拟船是否形成交叉会遇局面,并进一步判断是否存在碰撞危险;若存在碰撞危险;4)根据步骤3)中的过程获得整个避碰流程中的各项评价指标数据数值;5)根据步骤4)中评价指标数据和对应预设的权值,实现对船舶智能航行避碰效能的验证。本发明方法为定量评估船舶智能航行避碰效能提供了理论和工程依据。
