The invention discloses a satellite surface multi-layer heat insulation assembly with high electromagnetic environment protection capacity. The satellite surface multi-layer heat insulation assembly comprises a laminated assembly and an anti-electromagnetic reinforcing mask group covering the surface of the laminated assembly; the anti-electromagnetic reinforcing mask group is connected with the laminated assembly in a sewing manner through a sewing line; the surface of the laminated assembly is coated with the anti-electromagnetic reinforcing mask group, the laminated assembly and the anti-electromagnetic reinforcing mask group are sewn through the sewing line, the anti-electromagnetic reinforcing mask group is provided with the polyimide layer and the metal layer, the metal layer is relatively close to the laminated assembly, the laminated assembly faces a protected product during use, and the polyimide layer faces the external environment; the polyimide layer has good thermal control temperature characteristic and total dose effect, and the metal layer has the effects of electromagnetic radiation resistance and self damage resistance, so that the heat insulation assembly can be effectively prevented from being burnt down, and a protected product is prevented from being interfered by strong electromagnetic waves.

    本申请公开了具有强电磁环境防护能力的星表多层隔热组件。包括:层叠组件,抗电磁加固面膜组,其包覆在所述层叠组件表面;所述抗电磁加固面膜组与所述层叠组件通过缝合线缝合连接;本申请通过在层叠组件表面包覆抗电磁加固面膜组,利用缝合线将二者缝合,抗电磁加固面膜组具有聚酰亚胺层和金属层,且金属层相对靠近层叠组件设置,在使用时将层叠组件朝向被保护产品,聚酰亚胺层朝向外部环境,由于聚酰亚胺层具有良好的热控温度特性和总剂量效应,金属层具有抗电磁辐射及抗自身毁伤的作用,可有效防止此隔热组件自身被烧毁,以及避免被保护产品受到强电磁波干扰。
