The invention provides a multi-layer heat insulation assembly fixing structure. The multi-layer heat insulation assembly fixing structure comprises a fixing assembly, a heat insulation lining, a first heat insulation gasket, a second heat insulation gasket, a multi-layer heat insulation assembly and a structural part. The titanium alloy stud is of a hollow cylindrical structure and sequentially penetrates through the second heat insulation gasket, the structural part and the multi-layer heat insulation assembly. The second heat insulation gasket is in contact with the lower surface of the structural part; the outer surface of the titanium alloy stud is coated with a heat insulation lining; the bottom of the heat insulation lining makes contact with the upper surface of the structural part, and the top of the heat insulation lining makes contact with the first heat insulation gasket. The titanium alloy stud penetrates through a center hole of the first heat insulation gasket and makes contact with the heat insulation lining and the multi-layer heat insulation assembly. The titanium alloy nut is located above the first heat insulation gasket, and the titanium alloy nut is in threaded connection with the titanium alloy stud, so that the multi-layer heat insulation assembly is fixed. The method has the advantages that the looseness of the multi-layer heat insulation assembly is well controlled, heat leakage is little, and the fixing strength is high.

    本发明提供一种多层隔热组件固定结构,包括:固定组件、隔热衬套、第一隔热垫片、第二隔热垫片、多层隔热组件和结构件;钛合金螺柱为空心圆柱形结构,钛合金螺柱依次穿过第二隔热垫片、结构件和多层隔热组件;第二隔热垫片与结构件的下表面进行接触;钛合金螺柱的外表面包覆有隔热衬套;隔热衬套的底部与结构件的上表面进行接触,顶部与第一隔热垫片进行接触;第一隔热垫片的中心孔穿过钛合金螺柱,与隔热衬套和多层隔热组件进行接触。钛合金螺母位于第一隔热垫片的上方,通过钛合金螺母与钛合金螺柱进行螺纹连接,对多层隔热组件进行固定。本发明具有对多层隔热组件的松散度控制好、漏热少且固定强度高的优点。
