The invention discloses chassis chain type turnover equipment which comprises a turnover body, the turnover body comprises four turnover supporting frames arranged in a rectangular array, and groove bodies are formed in the two opposite side walls of the two turnover supporting frames; the air pressure assemblies are installed in the groove bodies in a one-to-one correspondence mode; damping assemblies are installed in the groove bodies in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each damping assembly comprises a first damping mechanism and a second damping mechanism which are connected, the first damping mechanisms are connected with the sides, facing the openings of the groove bodies, of the air pressure assemblies, and the first damping mechanisms cooperate with the second damping mechanisms to perform damping on the chassis shaking in the overturning area; the detection control assembly comprises a controller and an infrared detector, the infrared detector is used for detecting shaking data of the chassis, and the controller controls the air pressure assembly to rise and fall according to the shaking data. Therefore, the chassis chain type turnover equipment not only can effectively absorb shock of the chassis in the turnover process, but also can avoid the situation that the placement of the chassis to be turned is affected by the volume occupied by multiple groups of shock absorption assemblies.
本发明公开一种车底盘链式翻转设备,包括:翻转本体包括呈矩形阵列布置的四个翻转支撑架,两个翻转支撑架相向的两个侧壁上均设有槽体;多组气压组件分别一一对应安装于槽体内;多组减震组件分别一一对应安装于槽体内,减震组件包括相连接的第一减震机构和第二减震机构,第一减震机构与气压组件朝槽体开口一侧连接,第一减震机构协同第二减震机构以对翻转区域内晃动的车底盘进行减震;探测控制组件包括控制器和红外探测器,红外探测器用于探测车底盘晃动数据,控制器根据晃动数据控制气压组件升降气压。从而使得该车底盘链式翻转设备不仅对翻转中的车底盘进行有效的减震,还可以避免多组减震组件所占用的体积而影响待翻转的车底盘的安放。
