The invention relates to a hybrid electric vehicle low-voltage power supply system, a control method and a hybrid electric vehicle, the system comprises a power assembly, a high-voltage unit and a low-voltage unit, and the power assembly comprises an engine, an ISG motor, a gearbox and a drive axle; the high-voltage unit comprises a distribution box and a power battery, and the distribution box is connected with the power battery and the ISG motor; the low-voltage unit comprises a whole-vehicle DCDC, a whole-vehicle low-voltage load and a storage battery, the whole-vehicle DCDC is connected with the whole-vehicle low-voltage load and the distribution box, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the whole-vehicle DCDC and the whole-vehicle low-voltage load. An original engine accessory generator is omitted, power is generated through the ISG motor, and generated electric energy is stored in a power battery through a distribution box or is supplied to a low-voltage load of the whole vehicle or charges a storage battery after being converted by a DCDC of the whole vehicle. Energy recovered by braking is used for supplying power to the low-voltage load of the whole vehicle, efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, meanwhile, an original generator is omitted, power consumption of an engine is reduced, weight and cost are reduced, and the working efficiency and economic benefits of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本申请涉及混合动力汽车低压供电系统、控制方法及混合动力汽车,该系统包括动力总成、高压单元和低压单元,动力总成包括发动机、ISG电机、变速箱和驱动桥;高压单元包括配电盒和动力电池,配电盒与动力电池以及ISG电机连接;低压单元包括整车DCDC、整车低压负载和蓄电池,整车DCDC与整车低压负载以及配电盒连接,蓄电池与整车DCDC以及整车低压负载电气连接。本申请取消了原发动机附件发电机,通过ISG电机发电,产生的电能经配电盒存储在动力电池,或经整车DCDC转化后向整车低压负载供电或给蓄电池充电。本申请利用制动回收的能量给整车低压负载供电,既高效又节能环保,同时取消原发电机,降低发动机功耗,也减重降低成本,提高了整车工作效率和经济效益。
