The invention discloses a liquefied gas carrier header area deck arrangement structure and a liquefied gas carrier. The area, corresponding to the top side cabin on the port side or the starboard side, of the deck is configured to be a concave part, and the concave part is provided with a liquid collecting disc. A collecting pipe is arranged above the liquid collecting disc, and an outlet of the collecting pipe is located over the liquid collecting disc and is away from the liquid collecting disc by a preset height. The depth of the sunken part meets the condition that when the header stops at the wharf, the height of the outlet of the header is matched with the height of a preset pipeline of the wharf, and the header is in butt joint with the preset pipeline of the wharf. Under the condition that the molded depth of the ship is increased, on the basis of the original structure of the deck, the area, corresponding to the top side cabin on the port side or the starboard side, of the deck is configured to be the sunken part used for containing the liquid collecting disc; therefore, under the condition that the distance between the collecting pipe outlet and the liquid collecting disc is a fixed value, the height of the collecting pipe outlet is adjusted by reducing the height of the liquid collecting disc, so that the height of the collecting pipe outlet is matched with the height of a preset pipeline of a wharf, and butt joint of the collecting pipe and the preset pipeline of the wharf is achieved.
