The invention relates to the technical field of heavy truck battery replacement, in particular to a power battery box digitization method supporting full-automatic battery replacement. The power battery box digitization method supporting full-automatic battery replacement is characterized in that an intelligent detection unit, a sensing device, a BMS and a locking and connector temperature detection module are arranged in a power battery box; one end of the intelligent detection unit is connected with a vehicle data module through a 4G antenna; the other end of the intelligent detection unit is connected with the sensing device, the BMS and the locking and connector temperature detection module; the sensing device is connected with a station control system through a sensing antenna; and the station control system is connected with a battery replacement operation management platform through 4G or wired connection. Compared with the prior art, on the premise that automatic battery replacement is achieved, a vehicle-battery separation mode can be completely achieved, information of different vehicle types can be automatically recognized through the intelligent detection unit, the requirements of compatibility with different vehicles are met, and application and popularization of the electric heavy truck are facilitated.

    本发明涉及重卡换电技术领域,具体的说是一种支持全自动换电的动力电池箱数字化方法。一种支持全自动换电的动力电池箱数字化方法,其特征在于:所述的动力电池箱内设有智能检测单元、感应装置、BMS、锁止及连接器温度检测模块,智能检测单元一端通过4G天线连接车辆数据模块,智能检测单元的另一端分别连接感应装置、BMS、锁止及连接器温度检测模块;感应装置通过感应天线与站控系统连接,站控系统通过4G或者有线连接换电运营管理平台。同现有技术相比,可以在实现自动化换电的前提下,完全实现车电分离模式,通过智能检测单元可自动识别不同车型信息,达到兼容不同车辆要求,利于电动重卡的推广应用。
