The invention discloses a crane fault diagnosis system based on the Internet of Things. The crane fault diagnosis system comprises an acquisition terminal, a monitoring terminal, an early warning terminal, a maintenance terminal and a server, wherein the acquisition terminal is electrically connected with a sensor of electrical equipment and is used for acquiring a fault signal of a crane, terminal signals of surrounding staff and temperature values of the crane; the monitoring terminal is electrically connected with external monitoring equipment, and the monitoring equipment is preset near the crane; and the maintenance terminal is electrically connected with a switch of the crane and used for maintaining and repairing the crane. The fault diagnosis system can well maintain the faulty crane, the situation that fault information is not matched with fault personnel is avoided, and therefore the situation that maintenance processing cannot be conducted is avoided; and meanwhile, the marked equipment information can be transmitted to a mobile terminal of an external maintainer to remind the maintainer to warn the equipment, so that the equipment can arrive at a fault site at the first time when the equipment has a fault again.
本发明公开了一种基于物联网的起重机故障诊断系统,包括有采集终端、监控终端、预警终端、维护终端以及服务器;采集终端与电器设备的传感器电性连接,用于采集起重机的故障信号、周边员工的终端信号以及起重机的温度数值;监控终端与外部的监控设备电性连接,监控设备预设于起重机附近;维护终端与起重机的开关电性连接,用于对起重机进行维护修理,该故障诊断系统不仅能够较好的对故障起重机进行维护工作,避免故障信息与故障人员不匹配,从而避免出现无法进行维护处理的情况发生,同时也能对所标记的设备信息输送到外部维护人员的移动终端内,提醒维护人员对该设备进行警示,确保该设备再次出现故障时,能第一时间赶到故障现场。
